"We stayed here because of access to the port for our cruise. The shuttle service was a problem because the driver had no idea how long we had to wait AND he took others first. (We had a 2 yr. old with us, so it DID matter!) We waited 45 minuites and still didn't get a ride. I would suggest a sign-up sheet at the front desk. We ended up paying for a ride with a private driver. Otherwise, our stay was very enjoyable!"
