"Decided to stay at this hotel since it was next door to the Culture Room where myself & my roommates would be seeing a concert. One of my roommates showed up later & the hotel owner (some ignorant older lady) confronted her in the lot about her not being able to park without paying the $10 unless she was a guest...my roommate came and got myeslf at which time I was coming from the front desk where the nice lady there gave me the extra parking pass which I had just paid the extra $10 for....the owner did everything but scream at us including telling us it would be better if we didnt stay there again because we where not following hotel procedure which apparently the front desk lady was not trained to know that you are only allowed one parking pass per room not per guest!! I travel alot with work & have stayed in the top of the line hotel to the smallest motel...this is the worst I have ever been treated!!! These Best Westerns are individualy owned & operated...so this is how this particular one is run...STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST A STAY WITH THESE VERY RUDE PEOPLE!! p.s. It seems as though they never shampoo their rugs in the rooms...Myself & my roommates took showers & just walking a few steps around the room without shoes on...our feet where black...totally GROSS!"
